Plans we accept

  • Medicare. Accepted at all locations, including coverage for many preventive screenings at no cost to you.
  • PPO plans. We accept most major PPO networks. PPO patients can typically book directly with no referral needed.
  • HMO plans. We accept HMO plans. Some HMOs ask you to select Avita MD as your primary care provider first, and we will help you do that.
