What Your Annual Physical Includes

Your visit takes about 30 minutes. We start by talking. Your provider reviews your medical history, medications, family history, and anything you want to address. If you have not seen a doctor in years, that is fine. If you are managing multiple conditions and need a provider who will actually read your chart before walking in, that is what we do.

The physical exam covers vitals (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, oxygen saturation), a heart and lung evaluation, abdominal exam, neurological check, and skin assessment. We also offer on-site EKG testing when indicated.

Because we have on-site phlebotomy at every location, you get your blood work done during the same visit. No separate trip to a lab. Depending on your age and risk profile, we typically order a comprehensive metabolic panel, lipid panel, HbA1c, and thyroid function. For patients with fatigue, mood changes, or low energy, we add hormone levels and inflammatory markers.

You leave with a clear plan: updated prescriptions if needed, lifestyle recommendations, a follow-up testing schedule, or specialist referrals. Every result is explained. Nothing is left vague.
