Receive Diagnosis and Treatment Plans

After reviewing your clinical information and listening to your current symptoms, our physicians will provide a comprehensive treatment plan.

Specialist Referrals

Treatment plans may require additional testing or visiting a specialist, some of which can be done on-site at an Avita MD Health facility. Testing that can not be done at one of our facilities will be completed through a specialist referral in an expedited manner. All results can be viewed through our electronic medical record (EMR) portal.
