COVID-19 Services

Altos Health offers all major COVID-19 services for individuals 16 and up.  

At-Home PCR TestingVaccines & Boosters

Boosters are recommended five months after completing the initial set of Pfizer and Moderna vaccines and two months after the J&J vaccine. 

For individuals who are immunocompromised, the CDC has provided additional guidance. If you have further questions, please start a visit.

Our COVID-19 tests are completed with our partners, Scarlet Health and BioReference Labs, the largest full-service specialty laboratory in the United States. Our team offers at-home COVID-19 PCR and Antibody Testing with results delivered in 48 hours or less.  
**As of January 15th, 2022, individuals with private health coverage or those covered by a group health plan insurance will have up to eight PCR COVID-19 tests per month covered by Insurance.

  1. Book a virtual consultation to discuss your symptoms or reason for testing.

  2. If a PCR test is required, your physician will place an order, and a link will be sent to your email address.

  3. Once you receive the email, you will select an available time for an in-house test, and the lab will send a phlebotomist to your desired location to administer the test.

  4. Results will be returned in 48 hours or less.

Vaccines & Boosters

All three major vaccines and boosters are available in-person at one of our Bay Area based facilities. For more information on our vaccines, boosters and other in-person services, please schedule an appointment.
